ChartChronicle Health in Nigeria
EMR & hospital management software for Nigerian health facilities
One connected patient record across community health, clinic, lab, pharmacy, inpatient and referral — configured out of the box for Nigeria: NHIA insurance workflows, NHMIS reporting, ₦ billing and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Built offline-first for 2G/3G networks and low-cost Android devices.
Configured for Nigeria, not adapted to it
Every deployment carries Nigeria's statutory and operational specifics as configuration — the same facts your registrars, cashiers and records officers work with daily.

- NHIA claims and capitation with country tariff codes, plus HMO claims workflows.
- HMIS reporting

- Notifiable-disease line lists and automatic flagging aligned to NCDC (IDSR line lists for the 22 priority diseases).
- Patient identity
- NIN (11-digit) and BVN validation at registration, with voter's card, driver's licence and passport also supported.
- Billing & VAT
- Charges, invoices and receipts in Nigerian naira (NGN), with 7.5% VAT applied per FIRS rules on standard-rated items.
- Payments
- Online subscription payments via Paystack (cards, bank transfer and USSD), charged in naira.
- Data protection
- Consent, access logs, subject-access requests and breach workflows aligned to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), overseen by the NDPC.
- Geography
- The full 36-state + FCT hierarchy with all 774 LGAs seeded for addresses, reporting and IDSR escalation.
- Languages
- English, Hausa, Igbo and Yorùbá interfaces, with English fallback.
